Brinjal Strips is one of the bigger varieties of brinjals, deep purple in color. They have a shiny skin and come in broad variety of shapes, sizes and colors while the flesh is creamish and spongy in texture and contains several small, soft edible seeds. While the dissimilar varieties differ slightly in flavor and texture, it generally has a mild enjoyably bitter taste.
